These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LogHQ ("Service"), operated by Ersoydan.net ("we", "us", "our"), operating as LogHQ. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
LogHQ is a security monitoring platform that analyzes nginx access logs for threat patterns. The Service consists of:
You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
The LogHQ agent is a Python script that runs on your server(s). By installing the agent, you acknowledge that:
The Service processes the following data from your nginx access logs:
We do not collect or process your legitimate visitor traffic, page content, cookies, session data, or POST request bodies.
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment partner Paddle.com. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings.
If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. No questions asked.
To request a refund, contact support@loghq.net or use the Paddle receipt link in your payment confirmation email. Refunds are processed through Paddle.com and returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Threat data is retained according to your plan's retention period and automatically deleted afterward. Upon account deletion, all associated data (servers, threats, alerts, sessions) is permanently removed within 30 days.
You agree not to:
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or security incidents.
LogHQ provides threat detection based on pattern matching of nginx access logs. We do not guarantee detection of all attacks, and we are not responsible for security breaches on your servers. The Service is a monitoring tool, not a firewall or intrusion prevention system.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for non-payment. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your agent will continue to run but will fail to connect — you should uninstall it by removing the cron entry and /opt/nginxsec directory.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
For questions about these Terms, contact us at support@loghq.net.
